eZee Absolute Review (2026)

eZee Absolute is a cloud-based property management system within Yanolja Cloud Solution’s wider hotel technology suite. Alongside the PMS, the product family includes direct-booking, channel-management, restaurant POS and revenue-management tools, giving independent hotels the option to manage several operational functions within the same ecosystem.

In this 2026 review, we look at eZee Absolute’s usability, PMS functionality, distribution, payments, reporting, integrations, support and pricing, as well as how it compares with alternatives such as Little Hotelier, Cloudbeds and SiteMinder.

Ease of Use & Setup

eZee Absolute is a browser-based PMS, so there is no local software to install. Setup involves configuring the property, room types, rates, taxes, users and connected services before the system goes live. Yanolja Cloud Solution also provides support for property configuration, training and integrations, which can be useful for hotels moving from manual processes or another PMS.

The interface is structured around familiar hotel functions such as front office, housekeeping, cashiering and reporting. It is functional rather than minimalist, with a fairly dense layout that may take some time to learn if you are new to hotel software.

For staff moving from spreadsheets or an older PMS, the main advantage is consolidation: reservations, housekeeping, folios and other daily tasks can be managed in one system, with a mobile app covering key operational functions. The trade-off is that eZee Absolute does not present the same simplified visual experience as some newer small-property platforms. Hotels should use the trial or demo to assess day-to-day usability.

Property Management System (PMS)

The PMS is the operational hub of eZee Absolute, bringing together reservations, guest profiles, room allocation, housekeeping, billing and front-office tasks.

The front-office tools support both automatic and manual room allocation, along with check-ins, check-outs, room moves and stay amendments. Changes made to reservations can also update inventory across connected channels and the hotel website, helping keep availability aligned.

Housekeeping is built into the PMS, with room-status updates visible to both housekeeping and front-desk staff. Guest folios can also incorporate charges and settlements from connected hotel services and POS functions, which is particularly useful for properties with restaurants or other on-site facilities.

The eZee Absolute mobile app extends many of these functions beyond the front desk. Staff can manage room allocation, folio settlements, housekeeping, bookings and inventory updates from a phone or tablet, with support for switching between multiple properties.

For independent hotels looking for a PMS with substantial operational coverage, eZee Absolute’s main strength is to bring front office, housekeeping, billing and distribution into one connected system rather than keeping those functions in separate tools.

Booking Engine

eZee Reservation is the direct-booking engine within the wider eZee/Yanolja Cloud Solution ecosystem. It can be integrated with a hotel website and social media channels, allowing guests to check availability and book directly with the property. The booking flow is responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Hotels can display room information, rates, packages and promotions, while guests can add extras or amenities and complete payment through configured payment options. The engine also supports multiple languages and currencies, which is useful for properties serving international markets.

In the live implementations we reviewed, the mobile experience adapted well to smaller screens. Presentation quality varied between properties, particularly around room information and policy pages, but similar inconsistencies can appear with other hotel booking engines and are often influenced by how individual properties configure their content.

Channel Manager

eZee Centrix is Yanolja Cloud Solution’s channel manager, connecting hotel inventory and rates with more than 130 global and regional booking channels, including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Goibibo and Traveloka. It also supports GDS and vacation-rental distribution alongside conventional OTAs.

Two-way connections allow reservations, rates and availability to move between the channel manager, connected OTAs and other hotel systems. When integrated with eZee Absolute and eZee Reservation, changes made within the hotel system can be reflected across external channels and the property’s direct-booking engine, reducing the amount of manual updating required.

Distribution controls go beyond basic availability updates. Hotels can make bulk changes to rates, inventory and rate plans, manage channel-specific settings and work with selected OTA promotions. eZee Centrix also offers competitor-rate monitoring through its Rate Shopper, while the separate eZee Mint product provides more automated revenue-management and dynamic-pricing functionality. If you’re comparing rule-based pricing with more automated revenue-management tools, our guide to dynamic pricing for small hotels explains the difference.

For independent hotels, eZee Centrix provides broad distribution coverage across both major international OTAs and regional booking platforms. This may be particularly relevant for properties targeting markets where regional OTAs form an important part of the booking mix. Hotels using only a handful of major channels may have less need for that breadth.

Guest Communication Tools

eZee Absolute includes guest communication tools for confirmations, pre-arrival information and other stay-related messages. Hotels can send email and SMS notifications from the PMS, while scheduled emails can be used for pre-arrival, in-house and post-departure communication.

Yanolja Cloud Solution also supports WhatsApp integration, allowing hotels to send guest notifications and payment links through WhatsApp. The platform’s guest portal extends this further by giving guests access to functions such as registration details, payments and service requests during the stay.

These tools give eZee more guest-communication capability than was reflected in the previous version of this review. Hotels looking for highly automated guest-journey campaigns may still want to compare the depth of its messaging and segmentation tools with specialist guest-engagement platforms, but the core communication options are broader than simple confirmation emails.

Payments & POS Integration

eZee Absolute integrates with eZee Optimus, Yanolja’s restaurant POS. Once configured, restaurant and room-service charges can be posted directly to an in-house guest’s folio, reducing duplicate entry between front desk and F&B operations.

The PMS supports common hotel billing workflows such as split and multiple folios, unsettled balance tracking, extra charges, inclusions, multiple currencies, and cancellation or no-show charges.

Payment methods and gateway availability vary by market and configuration. Yanolja has published PCI DSS compliance documentation, although its current certification status should be verified directly.

For properties with restaurants or bars, using PMS and POS products from the same vendor may simplify configuration and support. However, it does not remove the need for charge mapping, payment setup and end-of-day reconciliation.

Compared with Cloudbeds, the difference is mainly the integration model. eZee offers its own POS within the same product family, while Cloudbeds relies more on third-party POS integrations. The former may suit hotels seeking a consolidated vendor setup; the latter may offer more flexibility for properties already using a specialist POS.

Reporting & Revenue Tools

eZee Absolute includes reporting across reservations, occupancy, revenue, front-office activity, housekeeping, tax and accounting. Its night-audit process can also produce a summary of the day’s activity for verification, while reports can be exported for further analysis.

eZee Absolute also provides channel-level booking and performance reporting, helping hotels track booking trends and distribution performance. (Screenshot from Yanolja Cloud Solution.)

Revenue tools extend beyond the PMS itself. eZee Centrix includes a Rate Shopper for monitoring and comparing competitor rates across connected channels, although Yanolja notes that additional charges may apply. For more automated revenue management, eZee Mint is a separate product offering occupancy-, demand- and booking-pattern-based pricing, alongside competitor-rate analysis and dynamic rate updates.

For independent hotels, the important distinction is that reporting, rate shopping and automated revenue management are spread across different parts of the eZee product family rather than necessarily sitting within eZee Absolute itself. Hotels should therefore check which capabilities are included in their package and which require eZee Centrix, eZee Mint or an additional paid feature.

Customer Support & Onboarding

eZee Absolute provides 24/7 support by live chat, email and phone, with assistance covering troubleshooting, configuration, training and implementation. Yanolja also offers online onboarding, including help configuring property data and setting up the system.

Self-service resources include a knowledge base, FAQs, support tickets and product-training videos, giving staff options for both assisted and independent troubleshooting.

Compared with Cloudbeds and Little Hotelier, eZee similarly combines guided onboarding with self-service support resources. The practical consideration for hotels is the level of implementation assistance included in the chosen package, particularly for configuration, training and migration.

Market Place, Integrations & API

eZee Absolute connects with third-party hotel technology across areas such as accounting, payments, access control, guest engagement and other operational tools. Yanolja Cloud Solution also provides a dedicated Marketplace, allowing hotels to browse available integrations and extend the core eZee product suite with specialist applications.

The wider ecosystem also includes connections between eZee’s own products, such as eZee Absolute, eZee Centrix, eZee Reservation and eZee Optimus. For hotels that prefer to keep several operational functions within one vendor family, this can reduce the number of separate technology suppliers involved.

API connectivity is available for properties and technology partners that need more customised integrations, although hotels should confirm the exact API access, supported data and any implementation requirements for their package.

Compared with SiteMinder, eZee’s external integration ecosystem is considerably smaller. SiteMinder currently advertises a substantially larger external ecosystem, reflecting its role as an open hotel-commerce platform built around connectivity with third-party systems.

For buyers, the practical question is therefore whether eZee already connects with the specific accounting, payment, POS, access-control or guest-engagement tools it intends to use, rather than the headline number of integrations alone.

Strengths

  • Broad integrated product suite: PMS, channel manager, booking engine and restaurant POS are available within the eZee product family, which can reduce reliance on separate vendors for core hotel operations.
  • Regional and international distribution: eZee Centrix connects with major global OTAs as well as regional booking platforms such as Goibibo and Traveloka, which can be useful for hotels targeting a geographically diverse mix of guests.
  • International operating support: Supports multiple currencies and localized language options, with payment and integration availability varying by market.
  • Established channel management: Rates and inventory can be updated across connected channels from the channel manager, with centralized controls intended to reduce manual updates and overbooking risk.
  • 24/7 support: Live support is available around the clock by chat, email and phone, alongside training and help resources.

Weaknesses

  • Interface is less modern than some competitors: The system is functional and feature-rich, but parts of the interface can feel more traditional than newer cloud PMS platforms.
  • Advanced revenue tools sit outside the core PMS: Competitor rate shopping and more automated revenue-management functionality are provided through other eZee products or paid features rather than being fully contained within eZee Absolute.
  • Guest engagement is relatively limited within the PMS: eZee Absolute supports functions such as guest messages, email/SMS notifications and feedback requests. More advanced CRM, automated guest communication and upselling are less central to the core PMS than on some competing platforms.
  • Integration can require configuration: Connecting third-party systems can involve setup and mapping, so hotels should assess implementation requirements for their particular technology stack.
  • Some capabilities are distributed across separate eZee products: Hotels may need Centrix, Mint or other modules to access the full range of distribution and revenue-management functionality.

Alternatives to eZee Absolute / Yanolja Cloud Solution

Little Hotelier – A stronger fit for small hotels, B&Bs and inns that place a high value on simplicity and a lighter learning curve. It combines PMS, direct booking and broad distribution in a more streamlined environment, while eZee offers a wider family of operational products. If you are comparing the two directly, see our Little Hotelier vs eZee Absolute comparison.

Cloudbeds – The closest alternative for hotels looking for a broad hotel-management platform. Both cover PMS, booking engine, distribution, payments and revenue tools, but Cloudbeds places greater emphasis on automation, third-party integrations, and a larger specialist integration ecosystem. eZee differs in offering its own restaurant POS within the same product family, whereas Cloudbeds connects with third-party POS systems. Because both use configuration-dependent pricing, hotels should compare equivalent packages rather than assuming one will be cheaper.

SiteMinder – Better suited to hotels where distribution and commercial connectivity are the main priorities. Its much larger integration ecosystem and specialist distribution focus make it particularly relevant to properties retaining an existing PMS while expanding OTA, GDS, metasearch and other distribution connections. eZee Absolute is closer to a full operational PMS rather than a distribution layer around another PMS.

ResNexus – A stronger alternative for inns, B&Bs and independent properties that place particular emphasis on guest communication, direct-booking tools and repeat-business features. Its distribution footprint is less extensive than eZee Centrix’s, so properties relying heavily on international or regional OTA coverage should compare the available channel connections carefully.

Pricing

eZee Absolute uses subscription pricing, with the final cost depending on the products and configuration a property chooses. Yanolja Cloud Solution offers a free trial and describes its plans as scalable, while implementation and product training are advertised without an additional setup charge.

The wider eZee ecosystem is modular. A hotel may use eZee Absolute alongside eZee Centrix for channel management, eZee Reservation for direct bookings, eZee Optimus for restaurant POS and eZee Mint for revenue management. Some capabilities, such as Centrix’s Rate Shopper, can carry additional charges, so buyers should establish which products and add-ons are included in the quoted package rather than comparing only the headline PMS subscription.

Public pricing is not transparent enough to make a reliable like-for-like comparison with Cloudbeds, which also uses quote-based pricing. Hotels comparing the two should therefore request equivalent configurations and compare the total monthly cost for the functions they actually need, including PMS, booking engine, channel management, payments, POS, revenue tools and any transaction or integration fees.

The practical question is not whether eZee has the lowest advertised starting price, but whether its combined package is cheaper for the particular mix of PMS, distribution, POS and revenue tools a hotel intends to use.

Verdict

eZee Absolute is a broad hotel-management platform covering PMS, direct booking, distribution, billing, guest communication and reporting, with additional Yanolja Cloud Solution products extending the ecosystem into restaurant POS and revenue management.

Its strongest case is not that it clearly outperforms platforms such as Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier or SiteMinder across the board. Rather, eZee may appeal to hotels that value a broad operational product family, international distribution coverage and the option to keep PMS and restaurant POS within the same vendor ecosystem.

There are trade-offs. The interface is functional but less polished than some newer hotel SaaS interfaces, some capabilities sit in separate products rather than within eZee Absolute itself, and public pricing is not transparent enough to establish a consistent cost advantage over competing platforms. Hotels should therefore compare the exact package, integrations and support included rather than assume eZee will automatically be the cheaper option.

For independent properties, particularly those with restaurant or bar operations, eZee Absolute is a credible full-suite option worth including on a shortlist. The final decision is likely to come down to workflow fit, required integrations, regional distribution needs and the total cost of the complete setup.
